Based in the heart of rural Herefordshire. We are a small dedicated team that pride ourselves on delivering highly personalised services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. From picking and packing to storage, warehousing, and distribution, we offer a comprehensive range of solutions designed to streamline your operations. Our goal is to enable brands to preserve their unique identity while maintaining cost efficiency, exceptional service quality, as well as sustainability.

Goods in

Ship your products to our fulfilment warehouse (or we can arrange collection for you). We carry out a visual check of the goods, put away and update the inventory in our 3PL software.

Storage

Once your goods have been checked in, they are put in into your own designated area of our clean, secure and fully heated warehouse. We always optimise the space used, so you only pay for what you use each month.

Pick & Pack

Once an order is placed on your website our integrated software is automatically updated. A member of the team will then pick and pack your order to your specifications. We have a 99.9% pick accuracy rate.

Dispatch

We ship worldwide using your preferred delivery partner. Once marked as dispatched on our software, your website will automatically be updated. We always aim to be extremely competitive with our courier rates.

Returns

All returns are processed within 1-2 days of receipt and inventory updated. We carry out a condition check, fix any damage, repack and prepare for resale if suitable. All fully trackable through our software.
