Who are we?

Hello! Tidal is a small family run warehouse and fulfilment company with over 20 years of ecommerce and retail experience.

I founded Tidal in 2017 after running my own successful website, selling high end children’s toys and gifts, as well as my own range of gift wrap and greetings cards. After exhibiting several trade shows and listening to the experiences of various traders and their fulfilment companies. I decided to set up a fulfilment service along side my website, within two years and outgrowing our premises three times, Tidal had quickly become my main focus.

In July 2024, Tidal became one of the first UK warehouse and fulfilment companies to achieve B Corporation certification. I am beyond proud of this achievement and how far we have come, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team, both past and present, our fantastic suppliers, and the support of our amazing clients.

Offering both B2B and ecommerce fulfilment, I wanted to make sure that we specialised in the attention to detail and going that extra mile to ensure that the customer experience on receiving their order, is exactly how our clients would want it to be. No two clients are the same and I appreciate that brand identity is absolutely paramount for any successful business and who doesn’t love a beautifully presented parcel to open!

I’m very proud to say that the majority of our clients are with us by recommendation. We work with a wide range of businesses from fashion and jewellery to herbal teas and sports apparel, stationery and gifts to toys and games. I feel very fortunate to have an amazing close knit team who help with the smooth day to day running of Tidal.
