A brand new and unique service. Tidal is able to offer you the flexibility of using our warehouse and fulfilment services for any duration,
starting from a minimum of one month (subject to availability).

Service Level Agreement
Tidal is dedicated to providing the highest level of warehousing and fulfilment services.
- 99.9% pick accuracy rate (according to their barcodes).
- All orders received before 1pm dispatched the same day.
- All goods in will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt.
- All returns will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt.
- All discrepancies, damages and other issues will be notified by email within 1-2 days of receipt.
Whilst we endeavour to always keep to the above timescales, occasionally during peak times, sales or promotions, they may be extended by 1-2 days. We request that we are notified of all sales and promotions at least 14 days prior to the event, to keep any extended timescales to a minimum.
